Further to Current Report No. 19/2020 of July 21st 2020 announcing theFirst Prospectus-exempt Bond Issue Programme (the "Programme") andCurrent Report No 63/2022 of September 12th 2022, the Management Boardof KRUK S.A. announces that on December 20th 2023 it passed a resolutionto increase the maximum total nominal value of bonds that can beoutstanding under the Programme to PLN 2.5bn.
The other material parameters of the Programme, including the indefinitetermination date and the Programme terms and conditions governingissuance of bonds, will remain unchanged.
