Further to Current Report No. 43/2022 of May 13th 2022 on the NinthPublic Bond Programme (the " Ninth Programme"), the Management Board ofKRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that today it was notified of theapproval by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on August 23rd2022 of the Company's prospectus prepared for the purposes the NinthProgramme.
