The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") announces that byvirtue of Resolution No. 196/16 of March 30th 2016 the Management Boardof Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (the Central SecuritiesDepository of Poland, CSDP) resolved to register 650,000 Series AB1bearer shares of KRUK S.A., with a par value of PLN 100 per bond,maturing on March 24th 2021, issued under Management Board's ResolutionNo. 173/2015 on the Third Bond Issue Programme, dated December 30th2015, and Management Board's Resolution No. 50/2016 on the final termsand conditions of the Series AB1 Bonds, dated March 10th 2015, and toassign the Bonds ISIN code No. PLKRK0000390.
