Subject: Resolutions of the WSE Management Board to admit and introduceSeries AB3 bonds to trading

Further to Current Report No. 74/2016 of July 7th 2016 on theregistration of Series AB3 bonds of KRUK S.A. (the "Company") with theCentral Securities Depository of Poland, the Management Board of theCompany announces that on July 14th 2016 the Management Board of theWarsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") passed Resolution No. 721/2016 on theadmission of Series AB3 bearer bonds of the Company to trading on theCatalyst market ("Resolution ").

By Resolution, the Management Board of the WSE, acting pursuant to Par.3.1 and 3.7 of the WSE Rules, decided that 650,000 Series AB3 bearerbonds of the Company, with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, beadmitted to trading on the main market.

On July 15th 2016 the Management Board of WSE passed Resolution No.726/2016 on the introduction of Series AB3 bearer bonds of the Companyto trading on the Catalyst market ("Resolution I ").

By Resolution I, the Management Board of the WSE, acting pursuant toPar. 38.1 and 38.3 of the WSE Rules as well as Par. 2.1 of Division 4 ofthe Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in the UTP System, decided that:

1. as of July 18th 2016, 650,000 Series AB3 bearer bonds of the Company,with a nominal value of PLN 100 per bond, assigned by the CentralSecurities Depository of Poland code no. PLKRK0000424, be introduced totrading on the main market by way of the ordinary procedure;

2. the bonds referred to above be listed in the continuous tradingsystem under ticker symbol KR10621.
