His last working day with the Company shall be till the close of business hours on January 19, 2026. The Management places on record its sincere appreciation for the services rendered by him during his tenure of five years and for his contribution to the growth of the Company.

Details as required pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with clause 7C of Para A of Part A of schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 and further amendments, if any, is provided in Annexure I to this letter and a copy of resignation tendered by Mr. Pawan Daga is enclosed.
