Appointment of Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors

On October 21, 2021, Kornit Digital Ltd. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release entitled “ Fashion and Sport Industry Innovator and Advocate Stef Strack Joins Kornit Digital ,” in which it announced the appointment of Stef Strack as a strategic advisor to the Company and its Board of Directors.
