Ticari havacılık sektörüne ileri kompozit malzemeler sağlayan "Fabric Development Inc." ve "Textile Products Inc." unvanlı iki ayrı şahıs şirketinin satın alınmasına ilişkin Yabancı Yatırımcılar Komitesi (CFIUS) onay değerlendirme süreci olumlu olarak sonuçlanmıştır. Satınalma ile ilgili kapanış süreci başlatılmış olup, sürecin 1 ay içerisinde tamamlanması beklenmektedir.

The approval process of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the US (CFIUS) has been completed to acquire "Fabric Development" and "Textile Products Inc." which provide advanced composite materials to the commercial aviation industry. The closing process for the acquisition of FDI & TPI, which is estimated to be completed within one month, has been started.
