Korab Resources Limited (ASX: KOR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Korab Resources Limited (‘KOR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of KOR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 31 January 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT: KORAB RESOURCES LIMITED, ASX CODE (KOR)

We request a trading halt to be applied to our securities under ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and set out below details of the request as per the Listing Rules of ASX.

1. We would like the trading halt to commence from the commencement of trading on 29 January 2020.

2. Reasons for trading halt:

Pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.

1. How long we want the trading halt to last:

This announcement is expected to be made as soon as possible but no later than commencement of trading on Friday, 31 January 2020.

1. The event we expect to happen that will end the trading halt:

The release to the market of the announcement referred to in paragraph 2.

We confirm that the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and that the Company is in compliance with the Listing Rules.
