Korab Resources L td (“ Korab ”, or “ Company ”) ( ASX: KOR ) is ple a sed to advi s e that it ha s compl e ted the placement referre d to in ASX announcement d ated 8 Nove m ber 2017.

Due t o additional d e mand for th e placement, Korab resolv e d to increas e the placem e nt amount t o 8,642, 7 12 shares a t 2.8 cents e a ch (7.2 Mln s hares at 2.8 cents each p reviously). All shares wer e issued to un-relate d exempt inv e stors. The p lacement w a s completed within existi n g 15% shar e place m ent capacity and no shar e holder appro v al is require d . The issue p rice of 2.8 c e nts per shar e was the same as the 5 day volu m e weighted a verage price, and 7% bel o w the last traded price of 3 cent per share prior to the plac e ment annou n cement. The Company u s ed a place m ent of share s instea d of a pro-rat a share issue d ue to the tim e constraints, the relatively small size of the issue, an d the hi g h cost of con d ucting a pro- r ata issue. There was no c o mmission pa y able on this placement.
