PLACEMENT OF PART OF THE SHORTFALL FROM RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER

Korab Resources ( ASX: KOR ; “ Korab ” or “ Company ”) is pleased to advise that it has completed the placement of 1,300,000 shortfall shares from the non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue offer of up to 50,750,435 shares at $0.03 each, which was announced to ASX on 26 May 2015 (“Offer”) and which closed on 22 June 2015. The shortfall shares were available for a placement at the discretion of directors for 3 months from the close of the Offer at a price of not less than $0.03 per share. The shortfall shares were placed at a price of $0.03 per share to unrelated exempt investors.
