NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(E) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Korab Resources Limited ( ASX: KOR ; “ Korab ” or “ Company ”) refers to the Offer Memorandum lodged with ASX on 26 May 2015 in relation to a party underwritten one for three non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue priced at $0.03 per new share ( Offer ).

On 22 September 2015 the Company issued 1,300,000 fully paid ordinary shares as part of the shortfall of the Offer to sophisticated and professional investors ( Shortfall Shares ).

The Company gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the Corporations Act ) in relation to the 1,300,000 Shortfall Shares.

The Company advises that:

1. the Shortfall Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at the date of this notice there is no information that is excluded information under section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act that has not already been disclosed to investors generally.
