We re f er to the AS X announcem e nt of 11 Oct o ber 2013 by w hich Korab R esources Li m ited (“Korab ” or “the Company”) (ASX: KOR) a dvised that t h e Company, and its wholl y owned subsidiary Melros e Gold M ines Pty Ltd (MGM), had entered into a Heads of Agreement w ith an unrelated Australia n mining company for the sale of al l mining leas e s, prospectin g licenses, mi s cellaneous licenses, right s to min e and all privileges appurt e nant to the t e nements, in c luding minin g information a nd contracts, compr i sing the Melr o se and Darl o t East projects held by MGM (Assets).

Korab wishes to ad v ise that the c o mpletion dat e has been e x tended to all o w for the satisfaction of th e remai n ing condition s precedent. T he completion is expected to occur as s o on as possi b le but no later than 3 1 January 20 1 4.
