Korab Resources Limited (ASX C ode: KOR) ( “ Korab ”, or “ Company” ) r efers to its a nnouncement dated 30 Septemb e r 2013 in w h ich the Company advised that it had r esolved to place up to 1 5 million fully paid or d inary shares without a di s closure document to exe m pt investors under sectio n 708 of the Corporations Act, at a p rice of 3 cen t s per share ( Offer ).

As pr e viously advi s ed by the C ompany (se e cleansing notices dated 24 October 2013 and 2 6 Nove m ber 2013), a total of 7, 3 00,001 fully paid ordinar y shares ha v e been issu e d to exempt invest o rs under the O ffer, raising a total of $21 9 ,000.

The Company wishes to advise that it does n ot intend to issue any m o re shares p u rsuant to th e Offer.
