RE: REQUEST FOR A VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Korab Resources Limited (KOR or Company) requests a voluntary suspension of trading in Company's securities from commencement of trading on Tuesday, 19 February 2013 pending an announcement regarding the completion of the capital raising by way of a private placement. This announcement is expected to be made shortly.
Securities for which voluntary suspension of trading is sought: KOR, KORO.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
The Company is in compliance with the Listing Rules.
