Komplett's acquisition of Ironstone completed

Komplett's acquisition of Ironstone completed

In its notification of 2 July 2021, it was announced that Komplett has entered

into an agreement to purchase approximately 65% of the shares in Ironstone

Holding AS ("Ironstone"), a leading supplier of cloud-based IT solutions and

services.

The transaction was completed today. Ironstone will be consolidated into

Komplett's financial statements as of 1 September 2021.
