ASIC RELIEF UNDER SECTION 302 AND SUBSECTION 323D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT 2001

Kogan.com Ltd has been granted relief by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) from the requirements under section 302 and subsection 323D of the Corporations Act 2001 to prepare statutory financial and directors reports for the half year commencing on the date of incorporation of Kogan.com Ltd on 19 May 2016 to 18 November 2016. A copy of the Order is attached.

Kogan.com Ltd intends to rely on the order made by ASIC under subsection 340 of the Corporations Act 2001 granting this relief.

Kogan.com Ltd will prepare its half year accounts as if the period from 19 May 2016 to 31 December 2016 was the first financial half year.
