KMEW Accelerates Maritime Innovation with Strategic MoUs at India Maritime Week 2025

Mumbai, India, November 03, 2025: - Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Limited (“KMEW”) (BSE: 543273) (NSE: KMEW) meaningfully participated in India Maritime Week 2025, held from October 27[th] – 31[st] , 2025, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai. India Maritime Week 2025 is a high-impact platform that unites stakeholders from across the national and global maritime ecosystems.

Anchored by the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, the event showcases India’s leadership in ports, shipping, logistics, and sustainable development. It brings together industry leaders, policymakers, technology innovators, and academia to foster meaningful partnerships and positions India as a hub for maritime innovation and investment

We are proud to announce the signing of multiple high impact Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Mumbai Port Authority, V. O. Chidambaranar Port Authority and Maharashtra Maritime Board valued at Rs. 1,560 Crores.

These MoU contains providing of various services in the Maritime Industry such as Chartering along with Manning, Operation, Maintenance and complete Technical Management of 6 Nos. of conventional Harbour Tug for 7 (Seven) years and 1 No. of GTTP compliance Battery Operated Harbour Tug for 15 (Fifteen) Years, chartering and hiring of 2 (Two) Nos. of dock tugs and 2 (Two) Nos. of Security Patrol Boats for Seven Years, Facilitating MMB to extend support by providing Ship building and ship repairing facilities.

The signing of these strategic MoUs marks a defining moment in KMEW’s journey toward sustainable maritime excellence. We are honored to collaborate with Mumbai Port Authority and V. O. Chidambaranar Port Authority to deliver next-generation tug and patrol solutions that embody safety, efficiency, and environmental stewardship. These partnerships not only reinforce our commitment to innovation and operational integrity but also align seamlessly with India’s national vision for a green and globally competitive maritime sector.
