Aconcagua Management Ltd., 100% controlled by Morten

E. Astrup - CIO in Storm Capital Management Ltd., has

on 09/11/2010 acquired 260,000 shares in Storm Real

Estate ASA from Ørn Norden AS. Ørn Norden AS is 50%

controlled by Morten E. Astrup. The shares were

acquired at NOK 13 per share. After this transaction

Morten E. Astrup controls 3,580,462 shares via

Aconcagua Managemet Ltd., Storm Nordic Fund and AS

Bjørgvin.
