Creades AB ("Creades") has on 17 November bought

17,619,300 shares in Kitron AS ("Kitron"). Following

completion of the transaction, Creades holds

17,619,300 shares in Kitron, equal to 10% of the

outstanding shares in Kitron.

Creades does not hold other rights to shares in

Kitron.
