A: SE0013256674 B: SE0013256682 On 30 December 2019 Kinnevik AB ("Kinnevik") announced a reduced number of shares and votes in Kinnevik as a result of the redemption of Kinnevik Class A and B Redemption Shares during December 2019 (the "Kinnevik Redemption"). This included the redemption of the 3,880,202 Kinnevik Class A Redemption Shares and 2,582,200 Class B Redemption Shares held by Verdere Sàrl ("Verdere") (the "Verdere Redemption"). Verdere is a subsidiary to CMS Sapere Aude Trust reg. ("CMS Sapere") (63.2%) according to Ch. 4 section 4, second paragraph, item 3 and fourth paragraph FITA. As a result of the Kinnevik Redemption and the Verdere Redemption, the number of shares and votes in Kinnevik held by Verdere has changed, and CMS Sapere has exceeded the threshold 5% of the votes in Kinnevik, and Verdere fell below the thresholds 5% of the capital and 20% of the votes in Kinnevik. However, on aggregate the Group did not exceed or fall below any thresholds as a result of the Kinnevik Redemption and the Verdere Redemption.
