WITHDRAWAL OF RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER

Kingston Resources Limited (“the Company”) advises that it has withdrawn its Rights Issue Offer as described in the Prospectus lodged by the Company with ASIC and ASX on 6 August 2015.

The decision to withdraw the Rights Issue follows the termination of the Company’s Underwriting Agreement earlier this week in response to a deterioration in market conditions.

The Company will return shareholder acceptances totalling $529,012.

The Company will announce the details of a replacement capital raising shortly.
