ISSUE OF OPTIONS PURSUANT TO EMPLOYEE OPTION INCENTIVE SCHEME
SYNERGY EQUITIES GROUP LIMITED ("SYNERGY" or "the Company")
The Company is pleased to announce the issue of options to its Directors pursuant to its Employee Option Incentive Scheme as approved by Shareholders at the Company's 2003 Annual General Meeting.
Attached to this announcement is an Appendix 3B in relation to the issue of options and Appendices 3Y in relation to the holdings of each of the Directors.

Quotation agreement
- $\mathbf{1}$ *Ouotation of our additional *securities is in ASX's absolute discretion. ASX may quote the *securities on any conditions it decides.

- The issue of the 'securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not for an $\bullet$ illegal purpose.
- There is no reason why those *securities should not be granted *quotation.
- An offer of the "securities for sale within 12 months after their issue will not require disclosure under section $707(3)$ or section $1012C(6)$ of the Corporations Act.
