**CANCELLATION
OF 500,000 UNLISTED OPTIONS (KRMAS)**
We wish to advise that in July 2012, 500,000 unlisted options were issued to an employee under the Company’s Employee Option Scheme. The issue of the options included a six months vesting period. The employee has resigned and therefore the options will not vest and have subsequently been cancelled.
