Executive Management Restructure

Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX: KRM) (Kingsrose or the Company) wishes to advise that Ms Joanna Kiernan has resigned as General Manager – Corporate and Company Secretary after six years with Kingsrose and that Ms Susan Hunter has been appointed as Company Secretary. The role of General Manager will not be refilled at this stage.

This change comes as the company consolidates the operational gains made since leaving the administrative process in July 2017. Ms Kiernan, whom was instrumental in ensuing shareholders retained values throughout this administrative process leaves the company in a far stronger position and we thank her for her contribution and wish her well in her future endeavours.

Ms Hunter whom has been appointed Company Secretary has more than 20 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in Company Secretarial and Non-Executive Director roles with ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. Ms Hunter holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia. She is currently Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.
