Paul Jago appointed Managing Director
Kingsrose Mining (ASX: KRM) is pleased to advise that Chief Executive Officer Paul Jago has been appointed Managing Director, effective from 23 November 2017.
Mr Jago, who is a mining engineer with more than 20 years’ experience, was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August this year. Since then, Mr Jago has led the turnaround at the Company’s Way Linggo Project in Indonesia, where production has increased and strategic planning on growth options is well advanced.
Kingsrose Chairman Rod McIllree said Mr Jago’s appointment to the Board was part of the Company’s strategy to ensure it had both the corporate and operational infrastructure needed to underpin a strong, sustainable future.
“Paul’s experience and his outstanding grasp of operational issues has been central to the improved results at Way Linggo,” Mr McIllree said.
“His contribution to operational discussions and strategic planning at Board level will be invaluable as we continue to build a production base which can deliver consistent results over the medium and long-term.
“Our high-grade orebodies and extensive exploration potential mean we now have an enormous opportunity to establish Kingsrose as a prosperous Company for shareholders and the local community.”
