Resignation of Joint Company Secretary
This is to advise that Miss Tanya Ashley has submitted her notice of resignation as Joint Company Secretary of Kingsrose Mining Limited and its subsidiaries. Her employment with Kingsrose Mining Limited will cease on Tuesday, 1 February 2011.
Mrs Jeannette Smith who was appointed in August 2007 will continue on as Company Secretary for the Company.
