Completion of third tranche of share repurchase programme

17 November 2025: Kingfisher plc (the "Company" or "Kingfisher") announces that the third tranche of the £300m share repurchase programme announced on 25 March 2025, to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

Goldman Sachs International, who undertook the third tranche on Kingfisher's behalf (as announced on 29 September 2025), purchased 24,713,988 shares for a total consideration of £75m. As a result, Kingfisher has now returned £175m of the £300m share repurchase programme.

Further details on the fourth tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
