Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMRs')
Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following share transactions made by Steve Willett, Chief Transformation Officer, (a PDMR) which occurred on Tuesday, 1 May 2018.
Steve exercised options over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'). Steve exercised a total of 4,670 options and sold 2,209 shares to cover the tax liability arising on the exercise of these options. 2,461 shares were retained following the above transactions.
