On 4 January 2016, the Company was notified that Arja Taaveniku, a PDMR, had acquired interests in ordinary shares of 15 5/7 pence each in the Company pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan, on the dates and at the prices shown below. These transactions were not notified previously as a result of an administrative error.
