KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')

Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')

On 6 May 2015, the Company was notified that Véronique Laury, Chief Executive Officer, (a 'PDMR') exercised awards over ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme (the 'KISS') and the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP'). This transaction occurred on 5 May 2015 at a price of 355.25 pence per Share.

Ms. Laury exercised awards over 24,427 Shares granted under the PSP and 27,304 Shares granted under the KISS. A total of 10,250 Shares were sold and 41,481 Shares were retained bringing Ms. Laury's holding in the Company to 192,058 Shares.

The transaction took place in London.
