Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')

On 29 April 2015, the Company was notified that Alain Souillard, CEO Brico Depot Brands International, (a 'PDMR') exercised an award over 74,614 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares') granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme ('KISS'). Mr. Souillard sold all Shares on exercise. This transaction occurred on 28 April 2015 at a price of 349.20 pence per Share.

The transaction took place in London.
