Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

The Company was notified on 8 December 2014 that Sir Ian Cheshire, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 4,522 ordinary shares ("Shares") of 155/7 each in the Company under the Kingfisher Sharesave Scheme. The Shares were acquired on 8 December 2014 at an Option Price of 199.00 pence per share.
