Notification of Transactions by Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)

The Company was notified on 20 June 2014 by Capita IRG Trustees (Nominees) Limited that on 16 June 2014 Karen Witts, a PDMR, acquired an interest in 40 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company at the price of 370.20 pence per share pursuant to the rules of the Kingfisher Share Incentive Plan.

A further 3 ordinary shares were acquired on 17 June 2014 at the price of 364.00 pence per share

through the reinvestment of the Company's dividend payment into additional shares.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
