Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

On 26 April 2013, the Company was notified that Guy Colleau, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') exercised awards under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme ('KISS'), as detailed below. 

The PDMR sold the shares detailed in the table below on 25 April 2013 at a price of 307.8 pence per ordinary share and were notified to Kingfisher on 26 April 2013.
