In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Kingfisher Mining Limited ( ASX:KFM ) (“ Kingfisher ” or the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 13 November 2023. A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to the ASX and provided to Shareholders in early October 2023.

An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.5(d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 25 October 2023. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm AWST on 25 October 2023 at the Company’s registered office.
