Killi Resources Limited (ASX: KLI) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Killi Resources Limited (‘KLI’) will be halted at the request of KLI, pending the release of an announcement by KLI.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 24 March 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Killi Resources Limited (ASX: KLI) ( Company ) requests that the ASX grant an immediate trading halt with respect to the Company’s securities pending an announcement in relation to a potential capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of commencement of trading on 24 March 2026 or the time the Company makes an announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and does not have any other information about the trading halt that is necessary to inform the market.

The trading halt request has been authorised by the Board.
