DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Grant of options under Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme.

The Company has been informed that, on 31 October 2014, grants of options were made to the director and person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") referred to below under the Company's SAYE scheme. 

The savings contract will commence on 1 December 2014 and the share price applicable to the options is £14.50.
