Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 21 October 2022, the following PDMRs were granted share awards under the Kier Group plc 2020 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") (the "Awards"). The Awards were made at no cost to the individuals and will only vest to the extent that certain performance conditions are satisfied by the Company over a three-year performance period which runs from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025. The performance conditions relating to the Awards can be found in the 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The price used for the purpose of calculating the Awards was 61.9 pence per share, being the closing price of a share in the capital of the Company on 20 October 2022.
