Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 19 November 2020, that, on 18 November 2020, the trustee of the Kier Group Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan") acquired 232 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.65 per share for, and allocated 116 free matching shares in accordance with the rules of the Plan to, Mr Mark Pengelly, a person discharging managerial responsibilities.
