Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 7 December 2018 that, also on 7 December 2018, Constance Baroudel, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,320 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of £3.98 per Share. In addition, Constance will be taking up her full entitlement of nil paid rights under the Company's rights issue which was announced on 30 November 2018, at a price of £4.09 per Share.
