Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was informed on 12 October 2017 that, also on 12 October 2017, Mr Alastair Gordon-Stewart, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, cancelled his participation in the Kier Group plc 2006 Sharesave Scheme in respect of 784 options granted on 30 October 2015 at an option price of £11.47 per ordinary share.
