The Company was informed on 18 May 2015 that, on 15 May 2015, the trustee of the Kier Group All Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "Plan") acquired ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £16.76 per share for certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR's"), as follows:
