DIRECTOR'S SHARE TRANSACTION

Today, the Company was informed that Mr. MP Sheffield sold 1,300 shares of 1p each on 2 April 2014 at a price of £16.88 per share.  On the same day, his wife, Mrs CJ Sheffield, sold a further 1,400 shares at the same price.

Following these transactions, Mr. Sheffield's total beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company is 71,505 shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the current issued share capital.
