Dispatch of Information Booklet and Entitlement and Acceptance Form for Entitlement Offer

KGL Resources Limited (ASX:KGL) ( KGL ) is pleased to advise that the Information Booklet and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms relating to the non-renounceable entitlement offer announced on Monday, 22 February 2021 ( Entitlement Offer ) have been dispatched today to eligible shareholders.

The Information Booklet and personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Forms are also available for download from the KGL’s website www.kglresources.com.au.

The Information Booklet was also lodged with ASX on Monday, 22 February 2021 and is available to be downloaded from ASX’s website www.asx.com.au.

The Entitlement Offer opens today and is expected to close at 5.00pm (AEDT) Tuesday, 16 March 2021.

Eligible shareholders are encouraged to carefully read the Information Booklet for further details regarding the Entitlement Offer.
