Change of Chairman

KGL Resources Limited (ASX code: KGL) advises that Mr Chris Bain has stepped aside as Acting Chairman of the company and the board has unanimously elected Mr Denis Wood as his replacement. The internal rotation recognises Mr Wood’s proximity to the company’s head office and the time requirements of the Acting Chairman position.

The Board thanked Mr Bain for his service during the last 8 months and for his continuing contribution as a non-executive director.

In relation to the recruitment of a permanent Chairman, discussions are underway with a potential candidate and the company is hoping to make an announcement in the new year.
