Kerry Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Fiona Dawson as a non-executive director with effect from 4 January 2022.

Ms Dawson has over 30 years of experience in the consumer food and beverage sector having retired after a long and successful career with Mars Inc during which she held a variety of senior management roles. She will bring to the Board a deep knowledge of the consumer food and beverage sector and general management experience on a global scale. In 2021 Ms Dawson was awarded an Honorary CBE for services to women and the UK economy.

Ms Dawson is currently a non-executive director of Marks and Spencer Group plc and Lego Group. Ms. Dawson has notified Kerry Group plc, save as disclosed herein, that there are no other matters requiring disclosure in relation to Rule 6.1.66 (1) to (6) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and under LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the UK FCA Listing Rules.
