The total number of shares in Kerry Group plc in issue as at 27 March 2020 is set out in the table below:

Each A Ordinary Share carries one vote. Kerry Group plc does not hold any shares in Treasury.

On a vote by show of hands every member present in person and every proxy shall have one vote (but no individual shall have more than one vote). On a poll every shareholder shall have one vote for every A Ordinary Share of which he/she is the holder.
