Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Kenmare Resources plc (LSE: KMR, ISE: KMR) announces that Elaine Dorward-King, a Non-Executive Director of Kenmare, has been appointed as an independent director of Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (“Great Lakes”). Great Lakes is the largest provider of dredging services in the United States of America and is quoted on NASDAQ.
