Board Update - Notification under Listing Rule 9.6.11(3)

In light of Ms. Sofia Bianchi's impending retirement as a Kenmare Director and Mr. Peter Bacchus' appointment as a Kenmare Director at the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting, Kenmare is pleased to announce the following changes in the Directors' responsibilities, which will take effect at that time:

• Ms. Elizabeth Headon will become the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director;

• Mr. Graham Martin will join Kenmare's Nomination Committee; and

• Upon appointment, Mr. Peter Bacchus will replace Ms. Sofia Bianchi as a member of Kenmare's Remuneration and Audit Committees.
