KAVANGO RESOURCES PLC

("the Company")

TR-1: Standard form for notification of major holdings

Kavango Resources plc (LSE: KAV), the exploration group listed on the Standard List segment of the main market of the London Stock Exchange and targeting the discovery of world class mineral deposits in Botswana, announces that further to the placings announced on 25 February 2019 and 5 March 2019 and the subsequent admission to listing of the respective placing shares, due to the resulting dilution of their respective shareholdings, the Company has received TR1 forms from directors, senior management and certain shareholders. The TR1 forms are set out below in this announcement.

Total voting rights of the Company following the placements is 160,955,709.

The number of shares held by directors and senior management, which have not changed, can be found on the Company's website at www.kavangoresources.com.
